It’s been a long time in the making. And we still have a long ways to go. But we’re ready, and we hope you are too. On August 3rd, we’ll be opening our doors to anyone who wants to use Harmony, and we couldn’t be more excited!
Shipped time zone support, gzipping html, css, and javascript files, changing the UI for redirects, and more.
Over the weekend, we hammered out a few small bugs and a few features that have been requested.
Today’s deploy included a number of bug fixes, better activity streams, and better spam comment management.
We put out two new quick features this morning, one of them directly in response to a request from our support forums.
It’s been a while since our last feature deploy, but we’ve pushed a few good updates today. Most are behind the scenes, but there are a few new things you’ll notice in the interface and template language.
Most of the work since the last deploy was internal, but there were a few highlights, such as customizing your site’s Harmony URL and a helpful email following site creation.
Some great new features, including a new title tag, item methods, array filters, and an optional WYSIWYG editor for editing content in the admin. Every one of these features came as a result of users voicing their needs in the support forums.
Now it’s easier than ever to get your existing html, stylesheets, javascripts, images, and more into your Harmony theme. Simply use the new multi-file uploader, and Harmony will take all your files, create and organize them for you automatically.
A big deploy, including support for LESS and SASS as stylesheet processors, multi-file upload in themes, and access to fields and datasets in the template language.
