Collective Idea Inc. (Collective Idea) collects e-mail addresses of people who send us e-mail. - We will transfer information about you if Harmony or Collective Idea is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Collective Idea will notify you by email or by putting a prominent notice on the Harmony web site before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
What we do with your information
- When you register for Harmony we ask for your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card. If you want to enable your checkout process you will need to provide your credit card information.
- Collective Idea uses the information we collect for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information, such as credit card number on our registration form, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Collective Idea owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the Harmony application however we make no claim to the rights of your data.

A cookie is a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Harmony uses cookies to record current session information, our cookies generally last two weeks. You are required to log-in to your Harmony account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing the content of your account.
