New Features

• Set custom image sizes in the Settings section of your site
• Copy image size URLs in the assets section, or the files sidebar
• New filter: image_size_url takes an asset and an image size slug, and returns the url for that asset
• New filter: include for arrays, takes an array and an object, returns true if the object exists in the array
• New filter: coderay for syntax highlighting code using Coderay.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue which caused users to be deleted if they followed an invitation link twice
• Fixed sorting pages/blogs/links in IE8
• Fixed unchecking checkboxes in template data
